as in the delivery won't have anything about it that reveals the contents inside?
and online payments are mostly done via credit card, but what if the credit card belongs to someone else? will they know what you bought when the monthly statement comes in?

Yes.. A thing you could do is pay through PayPal with a credit card you have. It will show up on statement as PAYPAL ***MERCHANTNAME***.
