I just got out of a LTR and been going out to the bars and stuff hadnt gone out this often in a long time. So when I go out I get eye fvcked by good looking girls. How do you approach them and what is the best non cheesy thing to say to them??

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I guess Im quite an attractive guy so get this all the time.... Just this Friday there was a good example (or bad one)... this HB9 is checking me out across the dancefloor... now this happens a fair bit, im sure u know what its like... you can just FEEL that tension cant you??
its real fun... it mounts up...
so i left it... got a bit closer... a bit longer... longer... got a bit closer... a bit longer... guess I waited to long becuase she threw herslf at my mate and kissed him...! ouch... NEXT
learning from this... my advise is get closer gradually and subtly but noticeably. on the dancefloor this is EASY... if shes at the bar go get a drink next to her, but do not lookat her just yet.... you'll know if she likes you if she hangs around!!
in this way - "proximity is the TEST of her IL"
If she doesnt bolt, and is perhaps showing agitation or some extra signals, then escalate the tension and excitement by holding back for a bit... then after a SHORT while i think its best with simply "Hi" as smoothly as possible, or if on the dancefloor its prob best to be physical and leave the words out of it....
a gentle light touch on the waist if behind her, or progressive escalation of eye contact if face to face... until you are close up and ready to kiss - becasue it feels natural - note this takes BALLS which is what she will EXPECT you to have, given you are attractive (do not shatter her illusion of you as a stud, or its game over)
But DO NOT leave it longer than say 10 - 15 minutes
My point is even SKY high phyiscal IL, on first sight can be broken if she perceives you to be not particularly sexual or sexually confident.
If she is eying you up she EXPECTS you to have the sexualoty, confidence and charm to back this up.

I used to do that and by then the girl lost interest and walked away or ignored me. Women gravitates towards men who do not hesitate and go after what they want. Sneeking slowly behind her does not send her that message.
When a girl eye fvcks you essentially she is saying with her eyes: " lets see if you can match my challange". As soon as you get that eye contact its on, you need to look into her eyes and smile and approach her (You need to show her that you are not afraid of her challange and that you are the dominant one not her) She will probably turn her head away because she is not used to aggrasive guys which is good (or she got a closer look at you and discovered that you are not her type). Either way you need to go there as soon as possible and say "hi" to her. If she really did "eye Fvck" you she will be responsive with an enthusiastic and positive response. If not then slowly bail out and go sarge other women.

That could make her go on the defencive, specially if she is with some friends. It also sounds kinda canned.
Women who eye-ball men at bars, tend to do it often. They are quite predatory and will respect a man authority when it is imposed on them.
I would just walk over, grab her hand and say come with me.
I would isolate her, look her back in the eyes, close-up. In previous I have just kiss-closed them, there and then. No fluf talk of chit chat.
If you are not getting the right vibe, just say to her:
"so, tell me, what do you do when you find someone attractive?"
Now you have completely turned the situation around, it is on your terms and she is forced to qualify her self to you because you are a man who KNOWS the answer she should be giving you.
