There are none. Women throw so many signals that would be so similar to honest love that you'll never know. Nowadays saying yes to your proposal for marriage doesn't mean very much anymore. So good luck. We all need it.

It correlates most strongly with how much of an effort she makes to contact you.

There are some exceptions, such as "rules girles," who don't ever unilaterally contact a man, but, in general, the higher the interest, the more she tries to contact you.

Pretty obvious, really.
