First you should look for buying signals like eye contact and smiling.

Then, the following generic questions (in this order) should be enough, but ideally SHE will be asking you these or similar questions in between yours.

What is your name?
How long have you worked here?
Where are you from originally?
Are you single?
What is your schedule like this week?
Would you type your number in my phone for me?
