How do porn stars get their dongs to be so big? Are they really naturally that big?

Men with big dongs do nothing special. They just grow that big.

There's no pill you can take. There is a surgery that can be performed, but from what I read, it's not recommended, as after it sticks out downward instead of upward.

I saw a documentary about this one tribe in Africa that had an average size of dongs that were faaar above the average size in the west (I dont remember any numbers but they had some huge ass dongs). The tribe people were saying that it grew so big cause they just let it hang loose (they didnt wear trousers/pants or anything like that, they actually had a 'penis cover' of wood that they just strapped on), and they were also *****ing about how their dongs could have been longer, but the female's vaginas weren't 'deep' enough, and that was what stopped them from having any longer slongs.

hah i love the discovery channel.
