how do I stop a girl on a street?

When I am walking on the street and see a good looking girl I try to say Hi but usually it turns out I said it too late ,so it seems like i said it to her back and she walks on by.Should I say hi when were 2 meters away?
Also another question.Im walking with my friends and we meet a girl,everybody shakes their hand but would it be AFC if I kissed her hand(you know with a bow) and then smile.Atleast she will remember me for doing something different.

TylerDurden of mASF (fastseduction.com) has a great method for stopping people on the street. What he'll do is he'll keep his feet planted while asking a neutral opinion opener. For example, "Hey, I need to get a 30 second female opinion on something...[followed by the opener]."

"Excuse me, you have the most amazing energy about you..and I...just had to stop you to make you smile...but you know what...I'm a man...I'm a bad bad man...with alterior motives...[after their curiosity is peaked, he'll go into a neutral opinion opener or another routine or gimmick].

That sounds... weird to me.

What I would do is hold her hand a bit longer, making sure you're doing a "GIRL handshake"

I agree with Evil-Rom, that would be a bad move. One thing you could do is if you want to be unique is you could give her the Hollywood Handshake, which is when you shake her hands and then afterwards, you pull your and her fingers so that they snap...or if you are a generation Xer, you can give her a pound...which is where you hold your hand out in a fist and she lightly taps your fist with her fist. Just don't go old-school and do that bow and kiss thing as that will probably make the girl laugh at you in a weird way or just make her uncomfortable as that is just not cool at all, bro.
