Dude I eat 6 hard boiled egg whites at least 3 times a day. Revive the taste? Come on now,just think of the benefits;
-The only day you will be sore is the following days of a leg workout. Ever since I started eating 18 egg whites I noticed I'm rarely sore,even though I work out harder then ever.
-It won't make you fat
-Doesn't taste bad
-They are easy to make
-You can take them anywhere! I packed them to take to class today that I kept in a container in my backpack in 90 degree weather for 6 hours. They tasted the same as if they were just out of the fridge(except not cold).
If those benefits aren't enough you could mix it up a little.
You could scramble 6 egg whites,sometimes adding pepper. Just mix up the food you eat with it(on the side),say fruits and such so it's never the same.
Are you cooking the egg whites the right way? Do you have any health issues that would prevent you from downing the same meal over and over?
