I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

hey, i keep getting a heat/sweat rash on my inner upper thigh after training, its not that i get it in training, but more afterwards when i walk afterwards and thighs hit eachother. I was just wondering if any of you know soloution to prevent it because its second time i got it and it has put me out of training for 1-2 days, which i would not like to happen again. Any feedback will be well appreiated thank you. :D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Have a cool/lukewarm shower right after your workout at the gym showers. (Or right after you get home if it isn't that bad) It will cool you down and wash away your sweat. You don't necessarily have to use soap if you showered recently, but it doesn't hurt.
