“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I was just wondering if any of you know soloution to prevent it because its second time i got it and it has put me out of training for 1-2 days, which i would not like to happen again. Any feedback will be well appreiated thank you. :D

Have a cool/lukewarm shower right after your workout at the gym showers. (Or right after you get home if it isn't that bad) It will cool you down and wash away your sweat. You don't necessarily have to use soap if you showered recently, but it doesn't hurt.
