"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

How do I get her back?

Me and my girlfriend broke up about 9 months ago. It was not the first time either. We started dating when I was 19 (I'm 28 now), and have broken up and gotten back together a couple times before. This time it seems different though, mainly due to our age and state in life. We continued to talk and hang out for a while after the break up, but a few months ago I made the mistake of writing some sappy letter professing my love and saying I would do anything to get her back. When that didn't do anything to help (obviously) I decided to stop talking to her for a while.

The reason we broke up is because I became a lazy unmotivated fat ass with the thought that she wouldn't leave me no matter what. I wasn't goal oriented and was in a dead end job. We were rarely having sex for about the last year of our relationship too. I'm changing that now by getting in shape and seeking better career opportunities.

I was also an AFC with an extremely beta mindset (if you can't tell i was just introduced to game and just finished reading "The Rational Male" by Rollo Tomassi).

It's been a couple months and we have started texting again (not much just here and there). Now we are meeting in a few days for coffee. I know she is at least casually dating someone else but not aware of how serious it is. How should about this first meeting? What are my next steps after this meeting? What do I need to do to make her attracted to me again and win her back?

I am new to this forum so feel free to post links to other threads as I can not figure out to search. Thanks

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Sometimes relationships run their course. People grow up, grow apart, and become different individuals...

That being said, if you really want to go through with meeting her...

Make yourself seem really attractive to her, raise some interest level, and make yourself out to be a high value individual. If you're not high value and still working on it, fake it 'til you make it. Dress well, smell good, act confident (give off the vibe that there might possibly be other women--I say why not? She's dating someone else... keep that hamster spinning), and generally aloof. You're already broken up, so you have nothing to lose. Go for broke. Make her think she's missing out on something. Don't drag the meeting out. End it on a good note and make it seem you have something else (important) to do.

After the meeting, don't be the first to contact her. No matter how long it takes. No texts, calls, emails, snail mail, etc. Seem too available and she'll think nothing has changed and will be less receptive. Good luck, brotha.

Do not bring up the idea of getting back together. Hit the gym hard and make it obvious you are not an unmotivate "fatazz" but showing her your new physique. Keep a smile on your face. And at least one time on the date when its not during a crucial moment pull your phone out and let out a smile.

Shes proby gone though, went through this with an ex gf and ive always taken care of my body and appearance, sometimes enough is enough and everytime we got back together it ended faster than the last time. Even the other guys she dates i see are not as attractive but its a case of been there done that.

She still gets curious and jealous when she hears im with someone else and shell dance her dance to try to get me comin back but it isnt meant to be as much as wed like it to sometimes.

Good luck.

Dress well but don't overdo it, something that accentuates any new muscles you've got (without looking like a douche).
Spit some C&F game at her, busy her balls, be a funny, cheeky, confident mofo who (seemingly) has his shyt together and doesn't give a fvck what she thinks.

Above all else, you be the one to end the date. Tell her you're going to a movie with a friend. Nothing more.
Them exit gracefully and with a smile. As someone else said, don't contact her first afterwards. Let the immensely positive experience she's just had with you sink in and let that hamster run itself into a heaving, sweaty mess.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I stopped after reading this. 9 months ago. Too much time has passed and it didn't work out the last time. What makes you think it will this time? Look for another woman without the emotional baggage of failed relationship.

Your princess is already in another castle. Don't bother, unless you want to be a beta orbiter. Erase and replace, she did that to you already.

Case closed. Get out of my court.
