"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I am a heavy smoker. I want to get into the gym and run and stuff to get in shape but the biggest thing holding me back is that i smoke a lot. I also have a roomate that smokes as much as i do so i am also getting second hand smoke and third hand smoke from weed. I want to quit smoking cigarettes and weed)cigs being the tough one). I have smoked for like 15 years so I dont even remember what it is like not to have a cigarette.

I have tried the patch, nicoderm, cold turkey, etc. I CANT QUIT. I always break down and go into withdrawl(shakes, moody, etc). I just want to quit. Maybe you have a way that you quit that could help me.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I dunno, I caught a real bad case of the flu. Ended up sick for almost two weeks, and I couldn't smoke if I wanted to, so that was an easy way to quit. So if you get sick, take advantage of it!

Yeah, go to your hospital and ask for flu shots, except you want the "special kind." Actually, ask your doctor, he can get an inhibitor or some drug that will make you puke if you smoke, Although it would be funny if you'd puke all over the house because of the second hand smoke you get from your roommate.

I quit smoking by using "Smoke Away" and doing 10 push-ups every time I thought about smoking. I think I did about 1000 push-ups the first day and could barely move the next (still ended up doing about the same amound that day too). By the time I stopped thinking about cigarettes I was in pretty good shape, got a membership to a gym after that.

Anyway, thats what worked for me. The idea is to replace smoking with something else.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I'm a professional bodybuilder and I smoked for several years. I quit smoking to better my career, cold turkey. Just give yourself a reason and do it, you need a reason though, and it has to be your own reason.

There is a new medicine out now called E-Cigars.
It's WONDERFUL in my opinion, I've tried lots of other methods and failed. I was able to quit with this pretty easily, but you also have to make the commitment to quit & stick with it. It took away my urge to smoke. It's not covered by insurance but to me it was well worth the cost. Good luck

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Smoking is so nasty. If i can go my whole 20 years of my life with out smoking so can you. I seen my dad go from 10 years of smoking to quiting in 1 day. My aunt stopped smoking 25 years ago and was diagnosed with lung cancer last year. I stopped hanging out with all my friends because all they do is fuucking smoke! I hate the smell and i hate how it makes your cloths smell like shiit!
