Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
just be like "if u give me a dollar il talk to that rele hot girl RANDOMLY" to a friend hel prob say yes cause its only 1 dollar and bam u sorta just set a situation where U HAVE TO DO IT or ur friend will think ur a *****
and hopefully ul go do it.. and eventually ul get used to doing it and the fear will disappear
i suggest going somewhere a lil far away where u dont no anyone that way u wont be able to make ANY EXCUSES because in that situation there are NO NONE ZERO NEGATIVES OF APPROACHING.. if u fail no one u know will ever find out and all ul be doing is gaining exp yay
think of it like a game and to level up u gotta fight "women" instead of monsters.. oh.. i mean APPROACH women hmm actually a lil play fighting is actually a + so u cud do that if u want lol

Then, you just do it, u accept the fact that the first, second, third, 50th approach will proubly get you kno where. Its always good to approach in a setting your comfortable in. I always find the easiest part of an approach is the actual approach, my nerves start to fade as i'm talking to the girl, the real nerves are before hand. I'll admit ive never got anything out of a cold approach in school or whatever, but it helps build confidence.
Basically before I approach and I need a shot of confidence, the best thing is to take a look in the mirror and give your shoulder a nice punch right where it hurts.
But like I said never expect much out of approaches at first, its rreally only good for building confidence. And remember, social skills first.

Next..start asking questions in class. Answer questions, become confident in your abilities to comprehend stuff.
After that, start saying Hey, hello to everyone.
And...progress onto actually talking to them.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Concentrate on getting some female friends, maybe ones that share a similar passion to you, a band or ringtone or whatever it is you youngsters think is 'groovy' these days.
