Get a Acme Virgin - o - meter. (Product # 521946854b- 4267895x.) Luckily it's small, you can hide it somewhere in the room. Just make sure it's near a power outlet, and not near anything with fire. Now if you're in a different country, you might need an adapter of some sort. It also luckily comes with a wireless earphone, so you plug it in (make sure the wireless device is hooked up correctly, in the right plug.)
