How can I set up my IT business?

So I'm thinking of setting up a IT business.

My thoughts are to run a IT support business which creates system, network architecture and design for local and small business's. Also taking calls for troubleshooting 24/7, however I will have to outsource this and I'm not sure how to achieve this?

My other idea is domain and hosting.

Any idea's how to achieve this?

It would be significantly easier if you were working for an established IT company and make connections from there with customers.

Later you could branch out on ur own, having credentials and a ready customer base to lock on.
