I feel I may need an increase...Let me explain...

Usually Ill go to bed late, wake up go to work, have a few beers, eat junk food, lay around, beat off or have sex and rinse and repeat. Well this last week I been sleeping more and excersising a bit, eating healther, havent drank or havent spanked the monkey in a week yet I dont feel like I have any more energy.. Is there a way to increase testosterone with certain foods or pills? I found this link and the reviews seem to be pretty good..

Seriously? Exercising for a week and you are resorting to testosterone supplements? It's not just the exercising that is going to give you more energy, it's being in better shape. It takes time, and a lot of hard work.

Good exercise + eating very clean + plenty of water = natural healthy energy.

those reviews on that amazon page are fake. stop masterbating, i came to conclusion that spanking leads me to being more needy with women and therefore stop me from approaching. IMO if it doesn't bother you when approaching then keep doing it. been 2 weeks clean and looking to go longer till i get the real thing.

Cool. It's gonna be a week for me tomorrow. It was so tempting after the first couple of days, but now it's not even a big deal. I could probably go months without masturbating now.

Masturbate in moderation. If you over did it, stop for a while to let your body rest. That can be 2 weeks or more. If you're having sex lots of times, then you won't need to masturbate. If you are normal, then ejaculating 2-3 times a week is a good frequency, the maximum being 5 times. Search herballove.com for more information. Just saying something doesn't make it true, but I am resuming what is on that website and if you are interested, go there and they will explain it much better using medical terms. GL!

I recommend going to sleep early and waking up early most days of the week. Eat well. I've recently started eating some cool foods, mainly goji berries and açai berries. You may want to consider supplements too.

Exercise in the right amount. Not too much! I like to do Tai Chi sometimes, IMO it's awesome!

And of course......................... MINDSET!! Walk around confidently, straight, don't be slouching and be happy and talk to people with energy and treat them with respect. Respect yourself too! Then others will respect you. Don't wander aimlessly, be ATTENTIVE, don't smile or laugh at everything, talk too much, too high or too fast. When people crack stupid jokes at you, don't laugh. Things like that will make a difference. People will start treating you differently if you make an effort to feel good and masculine. That is a challenge, not an easy one, many times! Don't be afraid of small insignificant stuff... Sometimes you got to TAKE what you want, btw! And think before you act!! If someone hasn't, read Pooks post on desperation. And the DJ bible.

Think about a very masculine man you know and try to see the differences between his habits and yours,the connection between body and mind is for sure stronger that what people think.
