It doesnt take a surgeon to fix that woman, it takes a mechanic with a chainsaw and a jackhammer.

People of this size usually don't have much for clothing. I had a client who was over 800 lbs. He owned one pair of pants. When I went to his place to do work, he was usually naked.

Think about it... People this large can't get up and go to work, let alone perform any kind of a job. Therefore, they don't make any money to pay for clothing, and clothing for people this large isn't cheap; It's most likely custom made.
