"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I've been hitting the gym pretty hard recently. I'm by NO means too big at this point (5'10, 180, 10-11%) but I'm definitely getting bigger with good definition.

GF sees me with my shirt off and says, "I don't like it, you look like an action figure."

Of course I'm doing it for myself and don't care much about what she says, but is there a limit to male attractiveness when it comes to muscularity? At what point do you cross the line from fit to freak?

Any thoughts, experiences?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Jay Cutler says that he isn't big, but a FREAK. So that is beyond big. He'll tell you straight up he's a freak.

I'd say what I think looks good are the guys on the front of Muscle & Fitness. Look at the Cover this month with the guy on there. Should be partial green cover. I think that's a fine physique.

Some people dont look at the term Big, and that there is no such thing as TOO big.

You're gonna have to decide for yourself. Someone might say... MM&F guys on the front cover aren't big enough. Big is Ronnie Coleman.

Whatever makes you happy.

As for being afraid of becoming freakish, don't worry.. it won't happen by accident. It takes years of training, eating and drugs to get truly monstrous (as well as the right genetics). You won't wake up a 'freak' one day.

Lol dude at 10-11% I don't what action figure you'd look like. Remember chicks know NOTHING when it comes to lifting and eating healthy.

Now as for knowing when your too big that's tough, everyone is going to saying something different based on what they see as the ideal physique. I would say your too big when you can see an outline of your stomach through your shirt. Your traps are too big when it makes your neck look almost none existent. Your chest is too thick when you have cleavage like a women,I don't care it's 100%,just looks dumb IMHO.

speak for yourself, skinny.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Oh, yeah, I'm MILES away from freakdom and it's not my goal. Actually, the muscle and fitness cover mentioned looks pretty good to me, and I'm still miles away from that.

I guess to rephrase the question for you "big" guys out there, have you seen a peak in the interest you get from women at any particular size?

Lol,that's why I posted everyone will have a different ideal physique. Some may like the thick chest,I'd rather have a flat and wide one. Think underwear model.

One day my crotch will be on billboards everywhere.

no matter what size you are, 150 or 250, some women will find you too big, some will find you too small, some will find you just right.. what is important is that YOU are happy with yourself.

I'd take a guess and say that she could be jealous and/or concerned that other women will start noticing him more. You'd think that she'd be happy that her guy was health conscious.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

IMO you are fair big (compared to the general population) - look at the guys at work...your average guy seems to wear a 15.5" collar shirt but has a 36/38 inch waist...I only wear the same size shirt but I have a 30/32" waist...makes a big difference...

it's all about posture too

but IMO, if you want the underwear model look, concentrate primarily on fat loss rather than muscle growth, those guys are 8% and below from what I've seen, but they don't have all that much more mass than you :)

Leroy - I hear you man about average.

It sucks to that most clothes are cut for average, which is a 6-inch drop between chest and waist (i.e., 40-inch chest, 34-inch waist). When you get a 10- or 12-inch drop, your shirts look hella huge on your stomach when they fit your chest/shoulders. Off to the tailors I go.

male attractiveness is more about confidence, charisma, charm, and assertiveness. if you haven't developed those then switch your focus over to the social realm. if you've got those you will attract women regardless. that will force chicks to notice the great physique you've already got.

i know a kid who ****ed a 10 and he was maybe 5'4" tops and had an average face. he was just socially potent and could charm and manipulate people.

having a great physique will help but only if you've got the other things.
