How are some guys able to get multiple hot girls into their lives as adults?

Guys or groups of guys.

I mean got it when it was the case in high school or college due to it being a closed environment but what about life in adulthood?

Did these guys know those girls growing up or what?

By speaking to women, living your life (career, friends, hobbies, general social life), not being a weirdo and keeping in contact with girls you know. Women will want to keep in contact with you when you are doing the aforementioned. They'll shoot you a message, you will also shoot women a message or call if they drop off the radar. Ultimately it's down to not living a solitary life, it's a personality thing, be outgoing and sociable. If you can't do that it will never happen for you.

Just go outside, open your eyes, plenty of HOT women there and they r all looking for men.

Just go out, don't be socially awkward, hv some backbone that doesn't bend like a jellyfish and learn to notice women's signals, they all do it even married grandmothers.
