my first real cold approach and the results:

basically, theres a 8 in my class who is outgoin and has alot of friends, but we made eye contact during the period and we smiled at eachother...thats when i knew she was my target..but anyway, I saw her in the hallway, put 3 of my fingers on her shoulder as i said "hey, what are you doing your sociology report on." We fluff talked for about 40 seconds, i brushed my arm on hers "by accident" acouple times to get a slight amount of kino, and as we parted, i said "ill see you later" cause i wouldnt need her number just yet, she gave me a really enthusiastic "yeah, bye!"..were in the same class so i didnt see the need to close with the number(feel feel to flame me if im wrong.) I ignored her the next day till the end of the day when i saw her, had the same type of convo but she had a bruise on her leg from field hockey or somethin so i said "so you play pretty hard eh" and she responded "ohh im so rough" with a smile. At that point she went about 10 mins out of her way to walk and talk with me and i made her laugh like its 1999. Anyways, my plan of action for the next 2 days is to completely ignore her, feel free to make any suggestions on my game or flame me or whatever... all comments are good.. i def see signs of attraction but i always get this far...tend to ruin it by the 2nd week though...thats why im on this board

This intentional ignoring is pathetic... I've never said to myself, "Okay, my game plan is to ignore this girl for a few days..." just doesn't work that way. How is ignoring a girl going to make it any easier? I mean, you're in class with her?

It's called "playing hard to get". Think about it, if a girl you really like is ignoring you, you tend to wonder about her. Same thing goes for girls, when a guy they like ignores them they tend to think about him.

Personally, I wouldnt want a girl to ignore me if I was interested in her. I'd imagine it's the same way for them. I especially wouldn't want a girl to INTENTIONALLY ignore me in order to MANIPULATE me. Thanks.

There's a difference between playing hard to get, and giving a chick the cold shoulder.

I've been burned in the past by intentionally ignoring chicks. They can see it as a form of rejection. I wouldn't be all needy and ringing her phone off the hook, but I wouldn't outright ignore her either.

Make your move on this chick. Fvcking around is just going to lower her interest in you. Strike while the iron is hot!

The ignoring thing is about being too busy for her.

hjaha hell yeah bro show me whats up... thatta boy... anyways... im a 17 year old in high school who sees these girls every friggin day 4 times a day.. i just wanna remain mysterious ina world where everyone knows everything about everyone... can you blame me bro... i have no problem with cold approaches or talkin to girls...its just i dont remain mysterious enough for long term hooking up or what not... im goo for about a week then i see them drift off... just tryin to perfect that part of my game...sorry if i came off as bein a ***** but still bro... i will stop at nothin to be the best
