most of the times, when i ask girls have you ever , how did it feel , etc etc the come with a story but i also get the "how about you" question.

what is the best way to get out of this one and point it back to her. I say i cant really remember or that is so hard to describe
but are there better ways

Just answer and be vague.

Or if you felt that way in the past, describe the whole process of you meeting them and falling in love and having great time. But dont focus on the girl that you felt in love with. Do it for the sake of inserting more imbedded commands, but be careful not to be seen obsessed with some other girl.
