I just had some work done and also new flooring laid in my bathroom and kitchen. I wish I could do it myself but throwing money at it and getting a good job done makes me feel so good mentally.

It's very important to have clean and tidy living quarters, as a kid I lived in squalor, my mother was mentally ill so my place was a mess and that affected me mentally.
It feels good to be in control and have peace of mind.
