After working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I can answer this one. Here are 5 reasons NOT to hit on the front desk clerk....

1- She gets hit on about 300 times a day and you're just one more putz with a cheezy grin and a smooth line.:cool:

2-99% of the time, hotel policy states she could loose her job if she dates the hotel guests.:eek:

3-You're only there for a few days. She sees no future what so ever in dating you at all.:confused:

4-She's hung around tourists all freaking day...and you think she wants to play tour guide to one more??? :down: Her idea of fun after work is going home and having a glass of wine and half a bottle of asprin!

5-Hotel clerks usually make good money and have wicked travel perks. We usually have boyfriends or husbands. :D
