Is it correct to assume that hot model women are gold diggers/higher maintenance than average women?

if they are models then yes. They constantly ride a self esteem rollercoaster. massive highs, massive lows.

You need to accomodate for that

Yes. They have more oportunities overall, so naturaly they feel less need to work at establishing a relationship. Most view themselves as the "Prize" and enough out there agree with them.
