Back in high school and even in college, if you wanted to date and sleep with the hottest girls, you needed status. You needed to be on the high school football team or be one of the cool popular kids. Most of the times, if you wanted the 8s and up, this is the route you went down. In college, it helped to rush a fraternity that had a high status on campus and threw the best parties.

Read the Bible. Do the things that build confidence. Go to the Gym, get in shape, dress nice and F**king APPROACH. It's really that simple. I look at scoring like a batting average. if you are hitting 5 out of 10 women you approach you are a freaking stud. 4 out of 10 and you have good game. The more you practice the better you get.

Some people carry "residual statuses" from HS and College. IE: frat and football and have the basic set of "fans" within their group. To do it on your own you have to establish yourself and build up a social life as it's described here.
