"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey guys:

This post is to help guys trying to figure out how to hook up with their college study-buddy. In case you missed it, here's the link to part 1:

PART 1: THE ARRANGEMENT

Okay, so, you've gotten a study buddy, and now you want to screw her brains out. All you have to do is invite her over, play some music, initiate kino and BOOM! Instant lay, right?

WRONG!

It ain't that easy, young grasshopper (unless she's a slore, in which case you don't need my help anymore). Once you've found a study buddy, you're not going to score with her on the first time over. Allow me to guide you into...

PART II: WHERE TO MEET, WHAT TO SAY

A lot of guys on these boards are failing at closing the deal with a study buddy because they try to move too fast. But remember, guys, girls are smart (generalization), and can read your moves a mile away.

This means that if you ask her to study and she says yes, as soon as you suggest studying at your place/dorm room/whatever, it's a WRAP. She'll know you're only suggesting such an intimate place so you can try and sleep with her.

Now, girls DO like to be slept with. However, the majority of them (a) don't like feeling like sluts when they do, and (b) like to think it was their idea. Suggesting your place makes your intentions too obvious, and by now every guy on campus has tried this routine with her.

So, what should YOU do?

First off, don't be like those other guys. When she agrees to be your study buddy, suggest a neutral, preferably PUBLIC place where you two can study. For me, I used to meet up with my study buddy in the lobby area of her dorm building downstairs where they had tables and chairs set up. You can also suggest going to the library, a coffee shop, a fast food place, or on a grassy lawn somewhere - ANYWHERE but your room or her room.

Not suggesting a more intimate place will actually WORK to your advantage. She'll be thrown off by the fact that you're the first guy to suggest studying with her that's NOT trying to sleep with her (right away, lol). So already, she'll be looking at you in a different light.

This will allow her to put her guard down with you a bit. She'll feel comfortable around you from day 1, and will only become more and more comfortable as you two spend time together.

Now, when you meet up for these study sessions, it's very important that you look your best. You must treat these study sessions as if they are dates. Meaning: hair & teeth brushed, cologne (not too much, though, just light enough so you have a signature smell), nice pants (khakis or smoothed-out jeans - not dressy, but nice), shirt with a collar (can be short-sleeved or long-sleeved - not a dressed-up shirt, just something nice like a polo).

You want to come off as smooth but not trying to hard with your clothing style. Every time she sees you, you should be sharp and clean, and not dressing immaturely like the other idiot boys she's running into. She has to envision you as someone she'd be proud to walk around campus with, and smooth enough to want to f--k on a regular basis.

That's all for part 2. Next up, part 3: What to talk about during the study sessions. Comment are welcome below!

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
