Hooking up with a singer

There is this club I have been going to for the last 10 years and since the last two years there has been a new singer. At first she did not attract my attention but these days she gives me a lot of eye contact and came to my table twice during the break between her sets to say hi and talk to me.

Last week I got her number and then smsed her and told her that I will be away to another country for a meteing and then again contacted her after one week,. She responded to my sms promptly. Now th problem is that she sleeps until afternoon on weekends and then prepares for the show from 7pm onwards. I asked her out on her OFF day (wednesday) but she said that she has some best friends who are visiting and so have to take them out for dinner. This coming wednesday is 31st OCt (Halloween), I will be going there to meet her and we txted also about that.

The problem is that due to her Vampire schedule..I cant get a clear shot on a timeframe for our date. She has only one day off thats on wednesday and so I dont want to be too pushy to ask her out every wednesday..but I dont want to leave the ball on her court too by saing" Lemme know when you free".
The only thing that comes to mind is that I visit the club on every weekends to meet her and talk to her and know her more. Is there another way to know her mroe or get her more interested so that she gives me her Off day??

I have seen the signs that she has the hots for me, hitting, touching, gave her phone out by herself, replying my text messages..everyone of them...

should I increase my call frequency as that seems to be the ohly option to know her more or get her to date me.

PLs advice me..all you DJS..who ever tried hooking up with a popular club singer!! Also let me add here that she is a COLOMBIAN..does anyone knows about their dating culture..are they fully westernized or they have some inhibitions or they are more tradional when it comes to dating..need some tips on Latin American culture too!

First off you'd be better off talking to her over the phone rather than txting her. Secondly the thing about her not being free on the Wensday when you asked her out, you sould have just asked which Wensday she is gonna be free. Also this whole going to the club every weekend to get ''to meet her and talk to her and know her more'' sounds a bit chumpish to me. You're an important man and don't have to time to go to some club every weekend to talk to some pub singer who aint you're girlfriend who you havent banged and whos number you already have. Next step sould be getting a date. You don't need to get to know her to do that. Plus she already gave you her number. Call her up ask her which Wensday shes gonna be free and if she doesnt know ''NEXT'' her. It doesnt sound like shes worth the time anyways if shes only free on Wensdays.

dude go and see her once a month and be friendly, shes too busy, girls working in clubs singing are really into performing and she doesn't have time for anything else. best thing to do is step back and just be in the background for awhile.

I once had a girlfriend who was a performer and never seemed to have time for a social life. To make a long story short, I’d take the bus to where she was performing and get her to give me a ride home when she was done. The first night was at the beginning of the Christmas season and we ended up driving around town for the rest of the night in the fog checking out Christmas lights.

Like most musicians.....singers can be loud, outspoken people. They thrive being in the limelight, no matter how big(or small) of an artist they are. Another thing about musical artists; they are all eccentric. My dad was a jazz musician. He had alot of strange quirks about him.....despite being a very humorous and great guy. I dated a lead singer for a chick band once...and she embarrassed the hell out of me, most of the time. Even though she had a great voice- she would suddenly break-out in an old Janis Joplin tune....in public. Her busy performing schedule also made it extremely hard for us to be together, and she turned out to be nuttier than a fruitcake, flirting and getting touchy-feely with anyone who gave her attention. After that- I said to myself, "self: no more artists....."

Yes but on this account I must defend her..that the group is a professional one and delivers an high energy performance and after each set they go seperate ways away from the crowd..havent seen her flirting with anyone just a professional handshake but when poeple come close to the stage she and her male singer buddies do shake hands of the most energized members of the crowd! So regarding open flirting..I will say she is clean!
