Recently hooked up with a girl at this party I was at, chipped a tooth in the process, and hit my head (things got a little rough). So I added her on facebook (lots of common friends), what should i say? not trying to get in a relationship or anything necessarily (although i did have a good time), just stay on good enough terms to keep her wanting more.

Accept that you are too inexperienced at the moment to keep her.
No advice would allow you to keep her.

Instead, get overall success in your social interactions.
You've already lost this girl, persist for the experience but don't be too disappointed.

Start looking around here and make a logical start with goals in getting overall success, then take that knowledge to the real world or you'll never improve.

Give it a while and you'll look back at your initial post from a new perspective.

All I can say is socialise like crazy, everything will work itself out.

I agree with some of what Accension said, disagree with some. Definitely as he said work on building up your personal network of go-to contacts to figure out where the party is at or where people are hanging out at.

That said, with the girl at hand, I disagree with Accension and say hang out with her some more. Send her a message on Facebook saying something like, "Hey, I had a fun time at the party. Let's grab a cup of coffee on (whatever day you're free) and hang out for a bit." Do NOT refer to the hookup unless she brings it up. You're not being ****y/funny by doing so. Trust me. It can be done, but not easily, and frankly, there is no need to at this point just over Facebook. You can be ****y/funny over coffee--in person.

lol, sounds like when I dance with one of my girl friends. We always push each other away than pull back together so bumping heads/faces is common.

thanks man, thats pretty much what i thought id do but its nice to hear it from someone else. i generally have a nice social network where i can go out whenever i want, i just havent seen this girl around before (friend of a friend of a friend) so i figured it would be worth the effort to stay in touch
