You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

That's fine. You don't need equipment to have a good body. There are a lot of good bodyweight exercises you can do. I hear "Never Gymless" over at rosstraining.com is a great book to buy if you don't want to spend money on equipment.

Another good book is Infinite Intensity, on the same site, by the same guy. That's the stuff I do: a lot of bodyweight and dumb bell stuff, with running and sandbag training too. Not sure if "Never Gymless" has the conditioning drills that Infinite Intensity has, so I suggest you buy both books.

Strength/power/speed training (which can all be done with bodyweight/cheap equipment, you don't need a fancy gym for this) + interval running + gpp/work capacity = great, athletic body. Buy those books and you'll get all the info you need.

For diet just eat a lot of meat and healthy carbs. Eat chicken, steak, eggs, fish, and beef, as much of it as you can. Add fruits, whole grain pasta and whole grain rice to these meals. Eat veggies too, especially the green ones. Forget about powdered carbs and protein shakes. Forget about creatine and eat real food, as much as you can.

In addition, I would buy an olympic barbell and weights (about 150kgs of plates for the time being). You can powerclean, powerclean to front squats, hack squats, overhead press, row, deadlift, floor press etc.

Also, make a chin up bar, best upper back development exercise out there.

Weighted sleds are great.

chop wood, push your car up and down the driveway.
