Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

Has anybody ever used home items for weights? Like currently I use filled crates with textbooks and stuff and do triceps exercises with it. I also use my bookbag for bicep curls. Did anyone ever try this, and can this work (providing that I fill the stuff with enough weight, and I can always fill it with more)

I have home made weights. I call it the heavy **** in the garage I have to organize once in awhile.

If you're that desperate for resistance equipment then save up a few dollars and get some resistance bands and handles for them.
