“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was wondering if I should continue to work in my home gym and buy more equipment or save money and join a local gym. I heard from a friend that using free weights won't allow you to gain significant muslce mass because you can't do BB press and Squats. I told him that I do single-leg squats and incline DB press but he told me that those don't really benefit mass. So should I continue to lift heavy at home or should I join a gym for 30 bucks a month? Give reasons why the other one is better please!

P.S.

If anyone has a good workout plan using free weights please post it.

As far as I know, a barbell is considered free weights. I think you're friend has been mislead.

Free weights, in my opinion and as far as I've been taught, are as follows:

Barbells
Dumbells
Plates
Bodyweight Exercises

Machines such as smith machine, leg press, or a machine/cable that restricts your movement to a set path is not free weight.

If I had the money and the room, I would totally go with a home gym. You pick your own music, your own attire, your own scenery, your own weight selection, your own exercises, your own schedule, etc.
