Dude, i gained a fvcking 20 lbs over break cuz i just hung around and didn't do nething. this new gut and face mask is not gonna pick up ne chicks, no matter how smooth the words are flowing out of it. Any way to drop it within a few weeks.

that might be exagurating, but i do see some noticeable FAT.

hahaha. yah. i stopped working out during break cuz i went out of town. cant lose weight in a mall, my mom is proof of that.

heh. i'm getting back into it, don't worry about that.

Yah man I know how you feel... I gained something between 5 and 10 pounds and I feel like a fatass already :D ..Seriously, it's not much but I managed to lose fat and keep the same weight for a pretty long while now (like a year and a half, but I get leaner and leaner, and more muscular, so it explains the equilibrium) and now, getting fatter, it sucks!

I'm gonna put myself on a diet, sortof. No more junk food! Argh!
