I can't believe all the garbage i'm hearing on this thread - devil advocates in the true sense of the word - but so typical of our american ***** culture - sluts seem so proud of their indiscretions and men r too obliged to please them. In my mind this is ridiculous. We are living in the 21st century - not in the 1800's.

Are we tarnishing every woman who as slept with 6+ guys a wh@re? I don't think so.

Women are not getting married when they are 15 years old - they are not forced into marrage - no arranged marrages... People are getting married much later in life. To meet someone in their late 20's - and think that she will be a virgin is perposterous. In the lifestyle we now leed (for good or bad) where women have (in general) the same opportunities as men, it's silly to think that your going to find a virgin over the age of 25 - even 20.

It seems that it's OK for us guys to sleep around, but your saying that it's not OK for women.

Sex is great. And I don't see why it should be a no-no for two people to enjoy that.

If you connect with someone, then enjoy that person.

When getting married, thats a totally different proposition. It really doesn't matter how many guys the woman has slept with (within reason - sure you don't want to get hitched to a girl thats banged 200 guys) - it only matters how she treats YOU. If she takes care of your needs and is good to you, loves you for who you are - what's the problem?

People should not be so narrow minded.

I completely agree with you PuertoRican and it comes most probably from the fact that u are latin and I am Mediterranean.
We guys have a strong sense of pride and we settle for nothin less than a girl with virtue.
DEKKA be very careful with what you do from now on cause' u re going through a crucial period in ur life (early 20's) basically strongly influenced by people around you. Forget about all this de-programming bull****. A guy who was raised with strong values never lose them completely, even by getting into a relationship and starting to f*uck ANY girl. I suggest you give yourself some time to think carefully about what you really want in life.

I want to be clear about something: my posts were meant to show that there is very little REAL connection between sex and love.

I do not think that a woman who has had sex is necessarily a "ho." Look at Tesuque's examples of women who have had lots of sex but wouldn't be called a "ho." His examples include a woman who has had faithful relationships with five guys each lasting a year that simply didn't work out and a woman who has been with one partner but who has done everything sexually possible with him. Neither of these women could be considered "ho's" in my humble opinion. They're not virgins, but they also are not ho's.

Having said that, there may be VERY GOOD REASON for one not wanting to be with a woman with "high mileage" or one who has been promiscuous or has had many different partners and might be termed a "ho." What is high mileage, what is considered "many" will differ for each person.

Some reasons why I personally would not be with a woman who has had a tremendous amount of partners (relative to her age, etc) is that I begin to question her sense of judgment, sense of self-respect and self-esteem, and, somehow, her ability to control her sexual urges. If she has been with many partners, for example, she *may* have some type of sexual addiction which she cannot control (like a drug addict or alcoholic) which *may* be a problem in a committed monogamous relationship.

You are going to be very unhappy. You must learn to accept life for what it is. Perhaps it is you who have placed yourself so high above society that noone can live up to your expectations. When I was 18-22 I had the "perfect" woman right in my face. I couldnt see that then but I certainly see it now. At 29, she is everything I could hope for but at 20 I was looking for something, mindblowing, earth shattering and perfect. At 29, I know there was nothign wrong with her I was the one with all the problems. I wasn't mature enough to see what was right in front of my face. From my experience with some of my friends who have married was the realization after a few years of marriage that they indeed did marry a useless "HO". By then it's too late because they are trapped by "feminist" divorce laws which are geared towards raping men financially and emotionally while rewarding the "HO" with life-long pensions and support while she "HO's" another guy.

Men have been blinded by p***y to their own detriment and are their own worst enemies. We are the biggest victims of the sexual revolution because we let p***y cloud our better judgement and mistake hot sex for love. This to me is akin to slow suicide.

These days marriage has been cheapened from a holy sacrament to a temporay contract where the men end up being screwed. There are exceptions to the rule but today's man better think deeply and wisely about marriage because it has evolved into a "financial enterprise" for women.
