"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Okay me and my g/f live a distant away and tommorow is going to be the 4th time shes coming down to see me. Anyways most of the time we was in the car she kept her self to her self and her distant to the other side of the car, so i used kino got her to kiss me etc and then she was all flirty with me. Not sure it's because she has to get comfy with my pressence first or that she's just wierd in general.

The thing i want to play out is... tommorow when we're in the car, should i act aloof and not bothered of her pressence, just to see her reaction?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

The damage shield recharges the longer you are away from a woman. Hopefully you have a key to turn off the shield a little quicker but thats pretty normal for her to by like that intially when you meet.

Think!

hey, she's coming to see you, right? Ergo, she has interest. Maybe not enough to go down on you in the car, but that's just a matter of building up the excitement. She's human, too.

Unless you are driving all the way up there to pick her up, she's putting forth some effort to see you. Lay the mack down!
