“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Thought I was making progress but this last week has really hit me head on. After a string of rejection, I had a really hard look at myself, wrote down my weaknesses and stuff and overall, I've realised I'm not all that cracked up to be. My ego has clouded my judgement and my over confidence did not help.

So now I am stuck with seeing woman I've asked out but been nicely dropped in all my walks of life all the while realising that I'm not:
-as physically fit as I am
-smooth as I thought
-nor cool as I think
-have the actual woman I thought were chasing me

Yeah I know this is probably a venting self pity thread but I guess the only way is up. Just needed to vent and wondered if anyone has been in my situation and how did they pull themselves out of the dumps and back into everything. Should I be cutting off woman altogether and focusing purely on myself? Have to admit this is a record - had about 3 rejections per week over the last month.

I'd say we've all been there mate. It can be really difficult finding that line between self belief and self delusion, as as important as it is to be confident, we need a certain level of humility to keep us motivated towards improving ourselves.

I found this hit me after a break up a few years ago. I'd got complacent with my girlfriend and went from being ripped and muscular to fat, and yet I had somehow convinced myself I was bulked up. I also lost my ability to flirt and pick up women, my confidence and social skills had taken a hit, I had no job and I couldn't get much lower. Just like you I took a good look at myself and suddenly the reality of my situation hit me. I was not all that I thought I was.

The first date I had after my break up made an excuse to go outside to use her phone and she left. This was the point where I realise I needed to rebuild myself!

This is the biggest kick you will ever get. You can turn this into extreme motivation and become better than you've ever been before. This is what I did. I remember listening to Placebo as I entered the gym for the first time in over a year. I felt low and depressed, but I just kept pumping the weights, giving it what I could. I felt to my knees a few times and held myself from crying, but then I picked myself up and continued. I had let myself go so much I barely had the energy for a 30 minute work out, but I figured 30 minutes is better than sitting on my ass all day, so I gave it what I had.

I returned to this forum, started studying all I could on pick up and self improvement. I reviewed what I'd learned from my relationship and I started talking to girls online, for practice mainly. It was a gradual process, but week by week I started looking and feeling better, people started complimenting me on my physique, girls started showing more attention and I started rebuilding my charisma, confidence and charm with women.

Before long I had a gorgeous 19 year old I worked with who was obsessed with me and working upto to leaving her long term boyfriend for me. I was toned and muscular again. I was having regular dates, with fitness models, underwear models and had sex with some of the hottest women I've ever dated.

Don't get me wrong, I was still getting rejected from time to time and I had a string of rejections too, but I kept picking myself up. After a while I became immune to rejection and developed this unwavering confidence.

It all starts with that first step!

I'm currently rebuilding again after my last break up. I didn't let myself go so much physically this time, but I became weak and pathetic, so I'm learning from that and getting back in the game.

Stop with the self pity bull sh1t. Compare yourself to a mongole in a wheelchair and then tell me how sad you are to be you. Carry on improving yourself and CHOOSE to take a more positive and optimistic outlook on life. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU, BUT THERE IS IN THE WAY YOU THINK - CHANGE IT.
