yep...tried it and it works awesome, it builds up your thighs and tones them....also for your calve muscles...but if you want better results you should buy this video from www.airalert.com
...this has way better results

I got his Combat Conditioning book. The thing you have to remember about bodyweight exercises is that once you become proficient at them, you have to find a way to make them progressively harder. And with bodyweight exercises, the only way to do that is to increase the voulume. It's a lot easier and time efficient to just use weights to build strength.
