High Interest Level

As I was eating breakfast today, thinking about my recent screw-up (sending girl flower second day after we had sex, then she stopped responding). I'm thinking, what kind of things would turn off a high-interest-level girl?
I feel if she's really high-interest, she should be able to tolerate a lot of your "mistakes" and may even think it's funny when you so something stupid.
What do you guys think? What are some of the things can turn girls' high interest to low or no interest all of a sudden?

she had high interest because she liked who you were, therefor acting different would probably lower interest

Being needy or exhibiting that you have no other options but her is a quick fire way to zap all interest from her.
