Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

As you know, this stuff is basically in almost every beverage other than water. What is the danger of drinking this sweetener? Is it okay in moderation or should I try to completely eliminate it from my diet while trying to build my body?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Today is day number one in my non-fructose corn syrup diet. Didn't touch a soft drink all day, nothing but water. Also trying to cut back sharply on junk food like ice cream, cookies, candy, etc. It's amazing because it's been only 1 day and my body is literally having withdraws. Well maybe it's just mental, but I could not stop thinking about sugar or something sweet to eat. I was tempted to open up a 7up and drink it just to have some sugar. I ended going to Whole Foods Market and picked up a few things. I saw low cal soy ice cream I picked up just to help me when I'm clawing the walls for something sweet. Yes, I am a sugar addict! I didn't see any fructose corn syrup on the lable and it's an organic product, so just a couple spoon fulls to stop the pain when the craving gets bad.

I'm not only trying to cut out some of this bad stuff for the purposes of body building but also because I've had re-occuring upset stomach problems for a long time and I'm seeing how I feel after a change in diet.

been on no high fructose corn syrup for a while now (2-3 years i think) i mean sometimes i'll break it just if i want something peculiar, but i don't even miss soda or juice anymore.

Once you get past the 1-2 month mark you're good to go
