“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have read up that high carb meals tend to cause a spike in insulin which supress testosterone production. Since it is essential that I get as much of testosterone before going to bed should I opt for a protein meal instead before bed as compared to the usual mass gainer shake?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I have read of lot of different opinions about this. Personally, I like to take in the majority of my complex and simple carbs during the day, and, at the latest, into the early evening.

I like my my evening meals to comprise fibrous carbs (i.e. veggies, salad, etc.).

ALL of my meals, though, are high protein--40-60 grams of protein per meal, 6-7 meals per day. So, an hour or so before bed, I'll eat cottage cheese or take in a high protein low-carb shake, along with some veggies or a salad.

Not sure why you're relating bedtime high carb meals with testosterone levels. That just sounds overly complicated to me.
Because I've been thinking that since testosterone is a factor in muscle growth (which occurs when you sleep), having insulin spikes just before you head to bed may suppress testosterone. Its a fact that insulin suppresses formation of testosterone. ( less muscle growth when you rest).

^^^^I can appreciate that in theory, but my advice is to keep it simple. My opinion is, if you continue to hit the gym 3-4 times a week and eat 6-7 high calorie, nutrient-dense meals per day rich in protein with the right amount of carbs and fats, you're gonna build muscle, regardless of whether you eat right before bedtime.
True. Might as well do it right if I want good results, no biggie I'm just gonna switch the order of my late time meals and see if I make any improvements. I'm nearing my deadline of 130 by end December and need 14lbs in 3 months to hit my goal. Thanks for your input :)

Believe it or not, insulin is actually a very anabolic hormone. It signals muscle and liver tissue to shunt nutrients like carbs and amino acids into the intracellular space for further metabolism. The problem is that excessively high insulin levels can also trigger increase of fat stores.

If you're simply eating to gain weight, there's absolutely nothing wrong w/ loading up on heavy carb meal at hs (before bed time). Just make sure you got tons of protein and good fat in there as well. One of my faves before bedtime is a 6 oz steak w/ some whote wheat spaghetti w/ ground beef mixed in w/ the sphaghetti sauce. Finish that off w/ some asparagus.

Konada based on your journal and your level don't worry about shiit like this. Just squat, deadlift and press/pull heavy, eat like a mammath and you'll grow. I'd expect you to be 160-170 around 10-12% in 3-4 years. Just stay consistent and don't give up.
