"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hey,

Just got blown up by a chick for switching from being predictable to having a game plan,

I tried some moves i read ont the board thinking she would love it and she lost interest,

I have been appologising like a complete spanner for the last three days
till i came accross the archive file with the post about state of mind and justifying your reactions linked to enfatuation.

Done that and i feel much better like the whole "i will never meet anyone like this again" feeling has gone and i see her as just a person!

i cant beleive i compramised my respect to appologise for something that werent my fault...i am so angry and ashamed at myself!...i didnt want to loose her because i felt that she was the only person to really like me and we had a good connection(usual AFC crap!)...she did like me...i think i just messed up my game by playing the wrong games...plus she was a single mom and she was fvcking nuts where she had been hurt before, and how she is looking for the nice guy that treats her right instead of a jerk ect

so i play the good guy, play daddy get dominated and stop being c+f,misterious and fun, start opening up the emotions box of tricks,at first its fine and she seems happy with me,then...she gets used to this..stops waking me up and kissing me ...stops coming to sit with me on the couch...stops calling as much ect....so i pick up my game plan again....by only calling her once a week and letting her call me,this works,so i start introducing neg hits(think i was a bit rude),didnt go down well,i withdraw my body language and allow her to kiss touch me instead of being all over, again this works,so just when i think i have reeled her in i pull out some NLP via text message(not good, really takes offense, insulted),so i ring to appologise for that(beggining of the downhill slope!),i arrange to meet and she doesnt call so i say"you are wasting my time, you got no respect for me!!!,"i cant have that!"
so she sais "fvck you your dumped!"so i have been appologising perfusely like a b*tch eversince through fear of loosing her!i think i should have stood up to her more(b*tched)but i rolled over...man it really hits the ego hard when you get dropped

can people please point out my fatal errors(appart from have oneitis badly!)and what i should have done as a DJ to control the situation and make her run to me?

any way

I have been dropped by her so now its time to start breaking the chains of AFC and start upping my game!!!

How should i go about starting down my new path?

I have read some of the Bible but i wanted some first hand versions of how I should control that inner child/***** that keeps screaming for validation and start to build a strong mind so i dont roll over and can control my emotions and make women seek validation from me!?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Just remember there are there are three billion women in the world. 'Lose a life' in this game and you have an endless amount of quarters for more attempts.

Consider this site a walk-through guide. It's not guaranteed to keep you from harm, but it can help you locate hidden buttons and secret short-cuts you might never have found by yourself.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
