"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi Guys,

I just come back from London and on the way picked up a mag that had an article on the book called 'the game'. Very interesting article. Full of stuff that I already new but not often practised. Althoug that I am a good looking, confident guy, who has a interesting job, my problem is going up to women and talking to them. I am kind of afraid from chit chat!! or maybe rejection!!
99% of my pulls generally initiated by eye contact, smile and they are approaching me, rather than me going over there. So As you can guess I dont get laid every night!! My other problem is I am very choosy. I tend to eye the best looking chick in my enviroment!! sometimes work, often dont.

I am looking forward to some sound advice. also wanted to ask, is there any groups that get together for lessons?? In UK?

also pls anaylise this..

I met a barmaid in London, very hot, working in a gay bar. after few minutes chit chat we exchanged emails and she emailed me first. Me beeing really friendly invited her to this celebrity bar that I go to, not once but twice.. also complimeted her legs..she never replied to my last email!! Well I am guessing few mistakes here but I would like to know what you guys think..

Uhhh.... have you read The DJ Bible? http://www.jbspencer.com/djb/

If yes, come back and give us a more specific question. If no - read it.

Oh, and this barmaid chicky: you complimented her legs? Uhhh... okay... creepy.

creepy!

lol

I read the bible.. and it isnt really creepy as you think. this happened after she sent me her website, full of photos, page 3 stuff, with her mate, asking me to photograph them. I played cool and said it wasnt my style and I do more arty stuff which was true. I know I should have not pay a compliment, too soon too eager.. second I should have asked them out or invited them.. that was too soon too..

Am I making progress by akcnowledging my mistakes??

Oh yead, definately. And you'll make even more progress if you figure out ways of working those mistakes out.

I would have busted on her, saying something like you don't photograph monkeys unless you've had a 6 pack. Yar...

And now that's she's not responding, bust on her and accuse her of playing hard to get sooo early, or tell her you didn't mean to scare her away with your charming good looks - and that you were sincere about her legs, that they were almost as great as yours.

Ohhh... and you CAN play compliments, as long as it doesn't come off that you've got an agenda. :) And it's always great if you backhand that compliment.

"Mmm... your ears are really cool. Do they pick up ALL the sattelite chanels? What's on Sky N atm?" Yar... I'm not the best person to be asking for advice, though - coz I just tell you to go figure it out yourself though your own hard work.

nice one.. No you have been a help just now without realising.. I just noticed that you seem follow you remarks with a next one, often funny or maybe insulting to the degree, I suppose this is to show that you are not intimidated by her or show your confidance.

if you keep the conversation going , I suppose one way or another that you are kinda winning..

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Ahh... thanks, mate.

Now to write that girl a love song explaining JUST how you feel about her.
