"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Hey all, what a great site!

Just thought I'd introduce myself quickly. I'm 26 from UK. Was in a LTR from age 18 to about 6 months ago. Was a good relationship in places but I should have got out of it earlier, I spent too much time trying to help her sort out her issues and didn't get what I needed out of the relationship. Learnt my lesson from that now! We still talk as we get on pretty well as friends, but I would never go back as she would just be the same again, even though I loved her.

Anyway, so that leaves me wanting to get out and about meeting new women. Problem is before I got into the LTR I had some action, especially when I first got to Uni, but most of my female experience has been when I have been pissed, seriously! So I don't feel too confident in confronting women and striking up conversation. This is what I need to work on really, and also I can be a bit self-concious around people so that doesn't help. Good conversation skills is what I need. Luckily I am not bad looking so don't have much to worry about in that department.

I have downloaded the bible and I am going to have a go at the boot camp! There is some real good stuff in there. I'll keep the board informed how I get on. In fact I started trying to get some eye contact on the way to work this morning. I had some good eye contact with 2 women, although it is well difficult on the London Underground, people have their heads burried in newspapers and books :)

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Well your on the right track bro. It's good to see newbies goin straight for the bible and bootcamp. You can't go wrong on that path. Good luck and happy sarging. If you've had some success in the past (even if you were pissed - thats how I got my early success too), you'll be able to parlay that into success sober, it'll just take a little bit of work.

Well, I have been having a go at EC on my journey to work. I don't think it is the best way, people are too zoned into getting the work, ignoring the crap transport system and hoping not to get blown up :) Saying that I have had about 4 or 5 good EC with good looking women. I am only going for good looking women though, should this be what I am doing, or just go for everyone?

It is quite difficult, I must kick this self-conciousness, as I always subconciously think things like "i must look like a weirdo, or desperate" and "what do they think of me staring at them"

Next week I will go out at lunch and just have a walk around getting EC.

You're supposed to go for everyone for the first week of 50. Fat, skinny, dudes, chicks, old... everyone. I didn't count the little kids, but I still EC'd them. I didn't care to EC guys either at first, but I recognized it's importance to "alpha-ness" so I started to.

Thanks for the reply. I will continue with gaining EC over the weekend with everyone, not just the hot ladies! :)

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Well, I don't think you can help falling in love with someone. But I should have gotten out of it earlier, definately. Learnt my lesson now.

Well I was out last night in some bars so I was thrown in at the deep end a bit, and I haven't even completed the BC 1st week! I had some good conversations with 2 women, 1 who works for the same company I do. She is hot, and I fancy her. I couldn't really tell if she was interested in me, but we did talk for quite a long time, and a couple of times we talked to other people and she came back again to talk to me. Thing is I didn't really know how to make a move, plus I was unsure as I kept assuming that she would think I am too young for her (she is 32). So, although I was happy with my conversation with her, I am dissapointed that I did not try and take it any further. I guess I will learn this later on in the BC!

just bump into the 32 y/o again and get her number. that's the only move you have to make now. "hey, let me write down your number before I forget" or whatever you say in UK. she'll give it to you and you're set.

You are right man, cheers. I'm not gonna see her for 2 weeks now as I am on night shifts, but I will do when I get back on 9-5. Anyway, it will give me time to crack on with the BC and prepare myself!

OK, so I fcuked up, slightly. She was in the office tonight and I could have gone up to her and talked to her, asked her out for a drink or something. I didn't.... It may be another week or so before I see her again.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
