I switched to bulking on hot dogs rather than shakes.
I just nuke four chicken or turkey dogs in the microwave for twenty seconds. Throw those on a slice of whole-wheat bread (two dogs per slice), some fat-free cheese, some mustard...mmmmmm. Much more satisfying than a shake
