One thing that girls REALLY love is a "badboy", or at least a guy with that image.
The one thing that i've experimented with recently are wearing "cuffs"...no, i don't mean HANDcuffs (although i do have a couple of those
for sexplay, he he...) - I mean LEATHER cuffs.
I find that this handy accessory works WONDERS!!! You can get them from any bodypiercing/tatoo/pipe/leather shop. The great thing about them is that they are relatively quite inexpensive (around $8-15 each) and automatically you stand out from a croud (afterall not many guys wear them), and without saying anything, it gives the girls an impression that you are a "badboy", or a "rebel", or generally someone who is "untame".
Now i wouldn't go out and buy one with 2" silver pointed spikes jutting from each angle so sharply that people are afraid to walk next to you without impaling themselves...but something quite simple. Usually black with silver studs is common.
I find I get a lot more attention from girls when i wear one, and not only does it give the impression i'm a badass, but also makes me feel more like a DJ.
It's something that is simple, inexpensive, and says i'm not an AFC "nice guy".
