I have been on a cutting diet and have been going pretty effectively, but I hit a bit of a plateau, so I did 3 weeks of slight bulking in order to re-energize my metabolism, now I am doing more HIIT cardio training, lifting harder, dieting stricter and everything, but I just wanted to know, what do you guys think, or do you have any experience with herbal fat burners, such as ripped fuel, stacker 2 and 3, hydroxycut and such. I know the ephedra versions worked much better, but how effective do you believe these to be. Does anyone know when ephedra will be done maybe with its review, they took the ban off of it, but it still has to go under review I guess.
