“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

hemmeroids go away with preperation h and they are sores on your you know what right?

Lifting shouldn't bother hemmerhoids, they are just inflamed veins...the unfortunate things is if you have them now you probably will have them come and go the rest of your life.
A hernia is most commonly a tear in the muscular walls surrounding your abdomen, causing the intestine to bulge through. This can be caused by heavy lifting and made worse if you lift and dont have it taken care of (through surgery usually).
