There are billions of ways to number close a chick dude. Just make eye contact, imediately walk up to her and if you cant think of something unique about her then just say Hi. All you have to do is have a basic convo then end with "hey you seem like your a lot of fun. We should hang out some time." If she doesn't offer her number after that then say "well how are we saposed to hang out if i don't know your number" then boom you got it and your done. Also if since you said she is an hb9 then make sure you do not compliment her at all! In fact I would suggest you look into neg hinting. If you want advice other than that then you will have to be more specific on your question bro.
