Help with normal interactions in the workplace

i work at a large company and i am surrounded by attractive women all day long. i am having a lot of trouble just with just normal interaction. i used to work in construction before so i am not used to being around women all day long. at work they are extremely inconsistent, one moment they will say hi the next moment they will completely ignore. its annoying, whats the best to deal with this? i would just ignore them at work but i just hate the negativity involved with it. i feel like im running into a brick wall over and over again. im not looking for dates, i just wanna be a normal person, i thought when i become an adult ill get to have normal conversations and interactions with women, i didnt realize they would all act so immature still. its unbelievable. i mean is this how it is for the most part?? do i have to just get used to this?

just treat them as men, talk to them as men, and act normally.
They are women though and will act accordingly just be you, and do your job. dont try to understand them just be polite
