Help with Creatine?

Yea, I been using it for exactly 8 weeks today, and I like the effects it has on muscle stamina.

It says on the box to discontinue after 8 weeks....is this absolutely neccesary?

It is highly recommended because after prolonged use, your body develops an immunity to it and it stops being effective.

If you like the effects of Creatine, you might want to try Taurine too, either with or instead of the Creatine. It's much cheaper and has the same kind of results.

I would have said no, since you are just keeping your muscles creatine reserves full. But after seeing what Jariel wrote I have to ask him, how is that? After prolonged use creatine doesnt give a P to ADP to make it ATP by exactly what way?
