Help with a girl

Hey this is my first time posting on this forum, and I´ve looked through the bible and other posts, but none of them has really helped me.
My problem is that there is this one girl who lives in my dorm who I really want and she really wants me (tons of kino from both sides, all positive body language, always dialated pupils even in bright light, everything) but I just don´t know how to proceed and just get her. She´s really shy too if that helps any.
