"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hey guys,

So I'm in the middle of a certain situation with this girl and so far no one has been able to understand it/give me proper advice so here it is:

Met this girl on set of a show, didn't really start connecting until the last few weeks of production. Around that time, got her number, and we've been chatting ever since. We went out once, out to dinner. Not an established date, but I did pay but that's as far as we've gone hanging out one on one.

But since then, it's been non-stop talking. I mean this with no exaggeration. Now some will be quick to say friend-zone'd but man, I'm friends with a bunch of women and none of them are as interested in everything I'm doing all the time, chatting with me literally all day/night.

Just yesterday, I asked her if she wanted to catch this movie (I know a lot of you are shaking your heads at "going to see a movie" but it works in our case since we already connect and catch up constantly.) But anyways, I ask her and she says she was busy but she'd get back to me...

So...what I'm looking for is for someone to analyze this, maybe help me with the next move. This has only been going on for about a week or so, and I honestly feel like I'm not Friend-Zone'd yet here. Should I be bringing up this movie date to her again, following it up? Or should I just wait and hope for the best, continuing to talk to her about other **** and pretending it was never asked?

For what it's worth, a mutual friend told me she was into me, but this was a while back before we really started talking...

I'm all over the place about this, guys. Kinda a situation I've never dealt with before. Would rather not mess this one up. Let me know what you guys think. What's my next move?

I see your problem. You should avoid contact between the dates. No chatting, or very rare. You know what women do with their friends? THEY TALK! You want to hang out with her. Stop talking to her for a little while. Then ask for a date again, but not for the movie date. Try something else. And ask in another way, like this:

'Hey, let's watch Batman on saturday or sunday!'

This is much better than 'Do you want to watch Batman with me on Saturday?'.
and why? People tend to refuse... blabla, I forgot the text but trust me, it's the better way! ;)

Your next move is to kiss her.

It may terrify you, it may you cause your hands to sweat, it may cause you to lose sleep.

However, your next move is that you HAVE to kiss her. If you don't , well your meter as a potential boyfriend drains completely out, and you are now friend-zoned. No girl will wait forever for you to make a move.

During your next date, you have to be in tune with the moment (something I described in my recent thread), and you have to follow your instincts. When it comes time that you FEEL and you THINK and you SEE and you KNOW that it is time to kiss her, you must ACT.

Good luck.

next time you see her, club her over the head and drag her to your cave.

the correct action is to stop caring about not messing it up like she's the last female on earth. So, if you didn't care, what would you do?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
